Object of study: new methods for the separation of long products and pipes, as well as long-term scheme of equipment for their implementation. Objective: to improve the quality of workpieces by improving the technology and equipment for the separation of long products and pipes to length. Methods: theoretical studies are based on the laws of continuum mechanics, solid state physics. The mathematical models of executive mechanisms of presses for the division of high quality rent are worked out with the use of modern numeral methods of decisions on PC. During realization of experimental researches well-known and original methodologies, standard and original equipment, rigging and apparatus, were used. Recommendations are worked out on drawing on the got results. New methods of long products division (pipes) to length, the use of which can improve the quality of the workpieces. New constructions equipment and stamping equipment with high technical and economic characteristics. Purview: general mechanical operations.
