Was developed and modernized construction nodes of the rolling mill that will receive long-length pipe adapters for nuclear power plants, by rotating the pipe adapter when rolling. Samples of long-length tube adapter after rolling showed the presence of a spiral texture along the surface of the sample, and the lack of curvature of the workpieces when using modernized rollers mounted at an angle to each other. With non-destructive ultrasonic testing has been shown defects in the joint zone boundaries and components. This fact was confirmed by selective metallographic analysis. In the turbine building at the Zaporozhye NPP was introduced a prototype of long steel composite adapter 20 - 08X18H10T diameter of 30 mm and 200 mm in length, with the aim of joint testing their efficiency in natural conditions pipeline equipment, and received an act of implementation (report №4 from 09.12. 2015).
