The purpose of work is the clarification of certain categories, the analysis of ways to improve individual elements of the financial management, formulation of scientific-methodological and scientific-practical provisions to improve financial control in Ukraine and to increase their effectiveness. Research methods - economics and statistics, deductive analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, prognostication. The basic aspects of business networks in the industry and the trends of Ukraine tax and banking systems transformation in modern conditions are development. Discusses the basic methods of banking risks evaluation and intellectual methods of forecasting the number of bankruptcies, as well as refined organizational and economic aspects of investments attraction into the real sector of Ukraine economy. As a result of these researches have been formulated, developed and specified the theoretical, methodological and organizationally-methodical provisions on the effectiveness of circulating assets management in integrated industrial plants for better attraction of financial resources, improvement the financial mechanisms of innovative activity stimulation and efficiency of financial management in economic crisis conditions.
