Object of research - process of management of functioning and interaction of transport streams in the environment of the industrial regions in a post the military period located in coastal territories also form in the set "zone greens Mariupol". The purpose of work consists in development of the mechanism providing development of city "green zones" in the environment of industrial regions with the subsequent their association in "an ecologistic framework" in the conditions of multiple interactions of different types of city and industrial transport in a post the military period. Research method - modern mathematical methods and computer technologies which allow the person making decisions to solve poorly structured problems, and such which demand processing of large volumes of information for search of reasonable decisions. As their complexity it is possible to refer to number of the main objectives of management: development of the adapted logistic mechanism of ensuring "mobility" of routes of advance of military freight traffics in the conditions of the existing transport sector of industrial territories Mariupol with the basic system defining efficiency of "routes" is system of restrictions of spatial and temporary coordinates; development of technology of communications between subsystems of passenger and cargo transport, phases of production and deliveries within "green zones" of the environment of industrial regions to a post the military period. It is executed improvement of technology of the organization of "a green zone" on the basis of optimization of continuous interaction of city passenger and cargo transport of the industrial enterprises taking into account influence of military single freght traffics at the set parameters of "green zones" and temporary restrictions of the movement of freights in investigated to a zone. The military period with obligatory definition of risks of territories in a post the wartime is provided ecological safety of beach and resort areas of the environment of industrial regions in the conditions of "an ecologistic framework" in a post.
