Subject of research - the individual components of the economic process of creating value and financial activity: resources (cash, fixed assets, inventories, work and pay), processes (procurement, production, sales, investment), costs, revenues and financial results, capital and obligations. Methods of control activities covering the following means of knowledge: philosophy (the law of transformation of quantitative traits in quality and vice versa; the law of unity and struggle of opposites; denial law, philosophical categories, the laws of motion and change); historical, sociological, systemic, cybernetic, paradigm, synergetic and other complex metol; general economic (analysis, synthesis, simulation measurement, abstraction, induction, deduction, factual, statistical, mathematical methods, methods of economic theory and other economic sciences); specific (empirical methods of economic activity specific companies).
