The object of study - the theory of control, the individual components of the control process, the control method, control of the achieved economic security, new forms of business and control. Subject of research - the individual components of the economic process of creating value and financial activity: resources (cash, fixed assets, inventories, work and pay), processes (procurement, production, sales, investment), costs, revenues and financial results, capital and obligations. Methods of control activities covering the following means of knowledge: philosophy (the law of transformation of quantitative traits in quality and vice versa; the law of unity and struggle of opposites; denial law, philosophical categories, the laws of motion and change); historical, sociological, systemic, cybernetic, paradigm, synergetic and other complex metol; general economic (analysis, synthesis, simulation measurement, abstraction, induction, deduction, factual, statistical, mathematical methods, methods of economic theory and other economic sciences); specific (empirical methods of economic activity specific companies). The scientific novelty of the study determined that the offer is not cosmetic changes in the methodology of science and techniques of accounting and control, and fundamental changes, in particular, developed the concept of control and audit as one of the constituent controls that ordering and structuring the individual elements of knowledge in a certain way science CONTROL; developed a model of an ideal accounting system for small, medium and large enterprises of Ukraine, which should be put into practice, provided the adoption of the law on information resources of the enterprise; recommended for strengthening the economic security of enterprises actively implementing diversification of production and its monitoring through a system of controlling that provide great economic benefit; prepared a number of master's theses, which proposed methods of improving the existing paradigm of accounting and control in various industries. The practical significance of the results seen in their impact on improving the efficiency of production management, enrichment accounting system and control of new subsystems that provide additional information for managers. Such information can reduce the level of uncertainty situations and improve the validity of decisions on the rationalization of production and the prospects for its development.
