As a result of work performed was investigated the influence of anthropogenic factors on the environment and on wildlife populations. It was found that in recent years there have been drastic changes in environmental conditions, which for some species are favorable for the other - negative. In the Sea of Azov significant negative impact on agricultural production creates an environment that helps to reduce the species diversity of meadow and steppe plants, as well as areas of native communities. It also affects the status of aquatic ecosystems as a result of irrigation. The dominance of agricultural land, as well as the use of pesticides for plant protection and mineral fertilizers is the cause of high mortality of wild animals over large areas. Together with the change of climatic conditions, this determines their low abundance in many areas. In fishing areas revealed the importance of soil algae in restoring soil quality and proved the feasibility of their use for the monitoring of contaminated land.
