It is shown that the Fourier transformation of conformal blocks with respect to conformal dimensions of intermediate fields gives the solution of the Fuchsian system of higher rank on the Riemann sphere with n marked points. In the case of semidegenerate fields, it gives a complete description of tau-functios of isomonodromic deformations.
