The object of the study is placement of road carpets of pavement on public roads. The purpose of the study is development of regulations on the placement of road carpets of pavement on the public roads. The field of application is construction, repair and maintenance of roads. The research methods of the study are following: analysis of the global and domestic experience of placement of pavement protective layers on public roads; implementation of field surveys of roads sections where placed protective road carpets; laboratory studies of materials for placement of protective road carpets.
