The telemetric method of teeth state in children whom orthodontic treatment using bracket system has been delivered was worked out. The diagnostic informative indices on the state of teeth rows were worked out and their effectiveness for the distant patient monitoring was established. The algorithms on distant diagnostics and morphometry have been grounded. Recommendations on the practical usage of distant monitoring of scholars in the course of their prophylactic dental observations have been delivered. The established principles on the color informativeness for the early caries diagnostics were applied for the automatic diagnostic of laparoscopic images of abdominal cavity. The effectiveness of automatic diagnostic system in the surgery clinic was proved in patients suffered from liver diseases, appendicitis and ovarium pathology.
