The incidence of infectious mononucleosis in children is ranges throughout the year, with the highest incidence in the autumn and winter. Among the hospitalized children mainly affects children the first 6 years of life. The clinical picture of infectious mononucleosis were observed fever, lacunar tonsillitis, polilimfadenopaty, hepatolienal syndrome, rash. More than half of infectious mononucleosis has been caused by a combination of pathogens (EBV and CMV).
