This robot can have one or three links. Maneuver includes both a phase of movement TR forward, and a phase of movement in the opposite direction. The relation, which allows to choose the optimum value of a corner of turn of a steering wheel in the beginning of each of phases of movement TR is spent. Also it is considered (in the kinematic approach) a problem of control of the wheeled TR with three links and two steering wheels. The solution of the problem of stabilization of TR and problems of synthesis of tracking system is resulted. It is essential, that algorithm of correction of a program signal which provides improvement of quality of tracking, does not include procedure of differentiation of a program signal.
