The aim is the creation and study of new composite wetting solution for improving the process of printing offset printing from moisture and provide antibacterial properties printing and packaging products. A new composite structure from wetting solution decamethoxinum as antibacterial component, the method of its preparation and processing of magnetic field and UV radiation, thereby reducing the proportion of use isopropyl alcohol to increase shelf life and stabilize properties in interoperable period. The method of trial and standardized quality prints antibacterial properties. Improved printing process offset printing with moistening, the methods and means of digital statistical evaluation of performance solutions, methods of preparation and efficient cleaning and paint wetting aids, adjustment of printing inks.
