Preparative methods for synthesis of 1,3-thiazole containing at positions 2 or 5 hydroxymethyl or 1 hydroxyethyl groups and are potential bioactive substances were developed. New diethyl ester of 1,3-oxazole-4-ilphosphonic acids derivatives containing at position 5 of oxazol ring remainders of different farmakoforic aminoalcohols were synthesized.
