A universal method of synthesis of 2,5-di(hydroxyalkyl)-1,3-thiazole using reaction litization of 1.3-thiazole cycle and subsequent reaction of the obtained derivatives of thiazollitium with electrophiles was proposed. Preparative methods for synthesis of 1,3-thiazole containing at positions 2 or 5 hydroxymethyl or 1 hydroxyethyl groups and are potential bioactive substances were developed. New diethyl ester of 1,3-oxazole-4-ilphosphonic acids derivatives containing at position 5 of oxazol ring remainders of different farmakoforic aminoalcohols were synthesized. The latter were used for the synthesis of new phosphorylated peptidomimetics containing residual alcohols.
