Taxonomic diversity of representatives ERT-complex in the rivers Uzh and Latorica within the Slovak-Ukrainian cross-border region is investigated. In addition to the faunal research and study ecology model taxa, much attention is paid to the development and improvement of methods of polyphasic analysis of mayflies. Monitoring investigation of ecological quality of water environment of the cross-border region by structural parameters of the model taxocens of macrozoobenthos groups are made.
