A comparative study of complex molecular and ultrastructural adaptive mutations in the first alarm phase contrast on the basis of heat resistance winter wheat varieties Ukrainian selection. Established specific characteristics in terms of the absolute content of pigments, their ratio and the content of soluble proteins after exposure to stressors. It is shown that participates in the formation of chlorophyll and resistance to low temperature and frost-resistant varieties Volodarka. Reported significant increase in activity of lipoxygenase isoforms after heat stress in heat-resistant varieties Yatran 60. noted sortospetsifichny organic and nature of the accumulation and localization of endogenous phytohormones. The ability to accumulate a significant amount of free abscisic acid and active isoforms of cytokinins in roots of 7-day-old seedlings is considered as one of the factors, which provides frost varieties Volodarka, while the stability of auxin homeostasis when hyperthermia is a factor that has a positive effect on the adaptation of the aerial part of the 14-day-old seedlings refractory grade 60. Yatran typical characteristics of the variety Yatran 60 attributed the growth of the content of cytokinins izopentenilnogo number in the aboveground part of seedlings from heat stress. Evidence of sustainability Volodarka varieties to low temperatures has been a decrease in the stroma of chloroplasts starch amount needed to provide the energy needs of the cells under cold conditions. Formation of numerous lipid droplets from heat stress in line with the growth of lipoxygenase activity. The action of heat causes the appearance of more developed cristae in mitochondria refractory grade Yatran 60, while the low temperatures cause the formation of chloroplasts large amounts plastoglobules, indicating a significant lipid metabolism. These results open the prospect of further use of quantitative indicators of photosynthetic pigments and lipoxygenase activity as markers to create new high-tech varieties of agricultural crops. Sound scientific concept of the complex nature of the cellular adaptive mutations in the first phase of the alarm. It is proved that the changes in pigment-protein complex, dynamics and localization of plant hormones, ultrastructural structure of cells are components of adaptation syndrome. Lipoxygenase activity is considered as a biomarker for early diagnosis of stress.
