The purpose of the work is development of methods of synthesis of these compounds, the study of their spatial structure and conducting comprehensive studies of influence these calixarenes on the systems of active transport of Ca2+ and on the function of contractile proteins of smooth muscle cells. As a result of the project the new selective circulating effectors of transport Ca2+,Mg2+-ATPases of myometrium cell plasma membrane were received. The results can be used in physical, chemical and medical research, and biochemistry.
