Objective: To develop methods of synthesis of new fluorinated nucleoside and non-nucleoside inhibitors of virus reproduction, study their anti-viral activity in Epstein-Barr virus adenovirus, human herpesvirus on in vitro and in vivo models. To improve and optimize the previously developed methods for the synthesis of fluorine-containing nucleoside's and nucleotide's analogues. Research methods - organic synthesis in conjunction with physical and chemical methods. As a result of this work, principally new route for the obtaining of synthetic nucleoside analogues with 4-tosyl-5-(polyfluoroalkyl)-1,2,3-triazole and 5-tosyl-6-(perfluoroalkyl)-uraciles as nucleobases was elaborated. The new analogues of nucleosides and nucleotides were obtained. The new structural analogs of carbohydrate moieties of nucleosides and nucleotides - hydroxyl trifluoromethylsubstituted thiolane were synthesized. Among the new synthetic compounds effective inhibitors of adenovirus and herpes viruses' reproduction, stimulators of apoptosis were found. For the best of these compounds methods of synthesis were elaborated and improved. That allow to obtain them in quantities sufficient to provide full cycle of biomedical research. The synthesized nucleoside analogues and non-nucleoside compounds may be of interest to medicine, pharmacy.
