It is shown that nano-objects Ge able to keep long hole, causing surface potential fluctuations in the surface region Si, and generally cause high photosensitivity systems. Studied physical mechanisms of influence charge, enthusiastic interface traps and quantum-size states in surface conductivity and photoconductivity nanoheterosystems Ge / Si.
