It resolves an important scientific and technical challenge associated with creating the concept of the complex (simultaneous) effects on the workpiece by forming a localized deformation of the center and the formation of the center hole with a minimum level of finishing with the removal of the metal layer, as well as provide improved mechanical properties by modifying the structure of the material; the development of new energy-efficient technologies for the production of parts with a central cavity of the continuous billet; creation of technological calculation methods; power power research and computer modeling developed processes and tools; definition and realization of new possibilities in the application of methods of the local rotary forming and processing equipment.
