Methods: clinical-laboratory, haematological, immunohistochemical, microbiological, immunological, serological, statistics. Found that infection complications occur in 73.7% AML patients on the background of the cytopenia of different origin. Among them one branch cytopenia have 50.0% patients; two branch - 28.6%; full branch cytopenia - 21.4%. From the upper respiratory tract 74 patients with AML and CML with infectiously-inflammatory complications (IIC) were isolated 355 strains of microorganisms, including pathogens of sepsis, pneumonia, bronchitis and so on. Pathogens in the monocultures and in associations were identified in the degree of contamination (101-107) CFU/ml. Was established the presence of pathogenicity factors in strains of Staphylococcus aureus, S.epidermidis and S.saprophyticus in (17,9-100)% of cases. Determined adhesive features of isolated staphylococci and yeast. Established that 87.1% of strains of staphylococci and 78.6% of strains of Candida yeast had a high ability to form biofilms. Defined sensitivity of isolated clinical bacterial cultures to 40 different classification groups of antibiotics and yeast genus Candida to 5 antifungal drugs. IIC in patients AML accompanied by increased indexes CD4, CD8, CD16-lymphocytes and Ig M against the background of the ineffective final phase phagocytic function of neutrophils. In generalized processes was observed heightened the level of CRP values until 96-384 mg/l, in while local - to 16-48 mg/l. Аnti-Candida antibodies in titers of 1:1600 to 1:12800 were detected in serum 52.6% of patients with AML and CML, anti-Aspergillus antibodies - in the 57.9%. In 100% of blood serum samples of patients with AML and CML found antibodies to cytomegalovirus and nuclear antigen of Epstein-Barr virus. Appointment to patients probiotic based lactic acid bacteria contributed to the positive dynamics to restore normal microflora of biotope and increase the indexes of cellular immunity. Was designed the mathematical model of early diagnosis of IIC in patients with myeloid leukemia. Social-medicine effect. Medicine. Product Description popup.authors Кисельова О.А. Мазур М.М.
