An aim of researches is determination of composition andoptimal parameters for making of multi spicy mix of the different setting with the use of introduced species of wild and local raw materials. Methods of researches - the field is collection of material in the period of vegetation, study of biometrical indexes of plants, establishment of specific and of high quality differences of plants; laboratory - for the receipt of productand determination of biochemical composition of rawmaterial; - descriptive is realization of phonological supervisions; mathematically-statistical is an evaluation ofauthenticity of the got results of researches. The results of researches that were conducted on the job processing in 2016 after the stage to "Determine the composition and optimal parameters for producing multi spicy mix different function from a low and introduced species of wild and local raw materials" are presented in a post-mortem report. (mass part of raw material in multi spicy mix of 80 and Nepeta cataria L. var.citridora Dum. (mass part 20 procured in the phase of the mass flowering of plants; characterized by the saturated taste and strongpleasant lemon smell, in color shows a multi spicy mix, characteristic for two types of raw material, plugged inher composition, and recommended for the use in the firstand second dinner foods.
