Object of study: physical processes and phenomena associated with nanostructures multilayer coatings based on nitrides of transition metals of groups IV-VI TiN, ZrN, MoN, CrN TaN, WN and vysokoentropiynoho nitride alloy (Ti-Zr-Nb-Ta-Hf ) N to create a super hard wear-resistant coatings. Purpose of the study: patterns of forming multi-layered nanocomposite structure as a result of the vacuum deposition of layered hard and superhard wear-resistant coatings, reinforced nanoscale components. The aim is to research, identify new compositions and modes vacuum deposition of layered hard and superhard wear-resistant coatings, reinforced nanoscale components. Improved stability of nanostructured state of physical and mechanical properties of nitride multilayer coatings possible by alternating layers of different components serves as a diffusion barrier to migrating adatoms. Thus, in the multilayer superhard nanocomposites condition involves inhibition of growth processes of embryonic cracks generation and distribution providing plastic deformation dislocation reset while reducing the size of nanocrystals to 10 nm, and the absence of characteristic nanostructured materials depending abnormal Hall - Patch. This paper shows the results of the study phase structural state properties, razmerov nanozeren, hardness and adhesion strength in multilayer coatings. Found that the potential shift Up less than -150 V, a multilayer coatings with thick layers of about 50 nm can be achieved by two-phase state with the dominant orientation of crystallites, which causes high hardness (up to 47 GPa) and simultaneously high adhesion strength (critical load to 125 H) and low wear coatings.
