The purpose: to develop of layered crystals GaSe and InSe intercalation technology by ferroelectric melt of RbNO3 salt and to investigate optical and electrical properties of these structures with the aim of their use as a working material for solid state supercapacitor. Methods of research: intercalation, low temperature spectral optical, electrical, X-ray, EDX, atom-force and electron-microscopy investigations. Optical and electrical properties of layered semiconductor crystals of А3В6 group intercalated by melts of ferroelectric RbNO3 salts was observed. Temperature and time influence of intercalation of layered semiconductor crystals InSe and GaSe by melts of ferroelectric RbNO3 salts were investigated; capacitance characteristics of supercapacitor at different frequencies in darkness and at light illumination were obtain; methodic and technique of layered crystal intercalation in melts of this salts were developed.
