Technological bases of a highly effective way of full extraction of oxide ions from zinc sulfide by sulfidization by means of antimony sulfide and evaporation of volatile compound Sb2O3 in the range of temperatures 550-700 С are developed. Removal of the residual sulfidizing agent is carried out by addition of tiny - dispersed Germanium due to formation of a CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) - composite which makes possible to accelerate and deepen considerably process of purification of zinc sulfide. The specified scheme is offered and realized as a basis of a way and technology of reception of a high-purity, without oxygen-containing impurity, film-forming material - zinc sulfide. The laboratory regulations of reception of high-purity zinc sulfide are created. Synthesis of the experimental specimen of high-purity zinc sulfide under the offered technological scheme is realized and its test by thermal evaporation in vacuum and measurements of parameters of the received coatings is carried out. Essential growth of a transparency of a coating from the experimental specimen, including a range 10-14 microns, and also mechanical durability of group 0 is established.
