Investigation's object is a biofertilizer, that had received by the vermiculturing; a technology of receipt of Eisenia foetida biomass with the use of probiotic; technology of receipt of bioactive matters of higher Basidiomycetes by the method of deep cultivation; an uzumbarskiye violet and corn of Zea mays L.; genetic and populational descriptions of different structures of population. The purpose of the work is research of properties of organic fertilizer; study of biotechnological factors, that influence on growth of Eisenia foetida biomass with adding of EM (effective microorganisms) to substrate; study of influence of growth factors on development and Basidiomycetes activity of higher Basidiomycetes; research of influence of biohumate on adaptation of plants-regenerators in soil after cultivation in vitro; implementation of selection work on the formation of the gene pool of animal population. Methods of researches: experimental (basic physical and chemical and biochemical methods of analysis), field and vegetation experiments, mathematically-statistical and calculation-comparative. Basic physical and chemical and biochemical properties of biohumus are certain. The influence of growth factors was found on the development and biosynthetic activity of higher Basidiomycetes; the effective substrate had received for the new types of mushrooms. The nutrient mediums for recommendations to industrial floriculture are improved, the influence of a preparation on the basis of a biohumate on adaptation of plants-regenerators in the soil after cultivation of in vitro is defined; the selection work on formation of a gene pool of animal population is performed. The area of usage is: A 01.61 Auxiliary activity in a plant-grower; A 01.62 Auxiliary activity in animal husbandry.
