The object of study - reactivity geminal digeteroatoms spiro; synthesis and reactivity of N-1,4-heteryl benzoqinonmonoimines; synthesis and transformation of N-heteroring izotiotsianatoalkylkarboxamides; Synthesis and antioxidant activity pyrrole urea; synthesis of alpha, beta-unsaturated nitriles Al/Ca on Ni-catalyst. The purpose of work - development and introduction of new methods for the synthesis of heterocyclic compounds that exhibit high biological activity. Research methods - chemical synthesis, thin layer chromatography, X-ray diffraction, infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, mass spectrometry and quantum-chemical calculations. Based on easily available condensation products of amides of carboxylic acids with aromatic amines and acylgydrazides developed new methods for the synthesis of functionalized derivatives of 1,3,4-oxadiazole; benzimidazole and benzoxazole; 1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazole, analyzed the reactivity of the obtained cyclization products.
