The analysis of urban planning underground cities and justified principles of sustainable development through a systematic approach. The proposed natural-technical model "heourbanystyka - geological environment" as a regulatory tool for system planning and construction of the "underground city". The technique zoning geological environment of the metropolis, which first evaluates favorable territory for underground construction. Research methods - used a complex method of research based on analysis and systematization of information sources, methods of engineering-geological forecasting and planning (program-targeted, expert and formal), systems analysis (including morphological analysis), numerical computer modeling, methods of the theory of risk , reliability theory, mechanics of underground structures, geotechnical poshukuvan.Developed saving ways: road tunnels ventilation, mounting openings redundant reliability, electrochemical tamponage rock formation vertical geotechnical structures explosion in the soil mass, anchor-concrete tunnel lining bezopalubne. Research results are implemented in the general plan of Kyiv and urban underground construction technology. Forecast of the object of study - creation system master plans of urban underground cities, including Kyiv.
