The regularities of morphogenesis blood-forming components of the skeleton in mammals at different stages of ontogeny in relation to the processes endohondral ossification on an organ, tissue and cellular levels of structural organization were identified. Interdependence the structure of the bone marrow to the degree of manifestation of morphological markers of osteogenesis, and bone tissue remodeling and resorption in the centers of ossification was clarified. Period city of growth and development of bone marrow in the skeleton of mammals due to the processes of morphological and functional changes of bone and cartilage cells of endohondral ossification zone was installed. The features of formation of cellular compartments and zones in peripheral lymphoid organs of mature mammals were identified. Periodicity of growth and development of lymphoid organs in mammals in the prenatal period of ontogenesis was installed.
