It is made the literary search of Ukrainian and foreign source about methods of processing agricultural raw materials and their constructive support. It is done the patent search by the subject of research developed the patent documentation about the atomization of grain. It is done the selection of technical standards to determine the index of safety of chemical, physical and physicochemical methods of processing agricultural raw materials. It is proposed the method of processing contact nonequilibrium low-temperature plasma raw material in the production technology and wholegrain products to improve product quality, to increase continue keeping their consumer qualities, to increase microbiological stability and reduce continue of manufacturing processes with the condition of energy efficiency criteria of technological cycle. It is determined the optimal test-objects and methods of doing the biotest plasmachemical aktiv water with regard of the factor of intensively of processing raw materials by the showed methods. The results of experimental studies determine the nature of influence of water, the action of contact nonequilibrium plasma on the state of the biological activity of aquatic organisms. It is analyzed the indicators of biological activity of aquatic organisms (daphnia and river fishes) by using the water with contact nonequilibrium plasma. It is demonstrated and perfected the methodic of gas discharge visualization (GDV) of the assessment of an effective rapid test at the studying potential biological objects.
