Object of study - drug control officials in the performance of health and sports training, physical rehabilitation for patients with diseases of the spine, patients with cerebral palsy, patients with combined injuries of the upper extremities. Purpose - improving the medical criteria for medical monitoring of health and sports training, development and optimization of methods of physical rehabilitation at rehabilitation. Research methods - clinical, somatoscopia, questionnaires, anthropometry, kalipermetria, goniometry, functional assessment of the cardiovascular and nervous systems, cardiointervalography, kefalohrafiya, rheoencephalography, rheovasography, ultrasound of the heart, blood vessels, internal organs and joints at rest and during exercise , holter monitoring of heart rate, radiography, computed tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, miography, based, biochemical, immunological, genetic determination of physical capacity, veloergometry, psychological research, mathematical and statistical analysis of the study results. Developed and scientifically based medical criteria for drug control, which is used in the health and sports training of different intensity, as well as physical rehabilitation. Proved that improve the quality of medical monitoring will provide individual dosage physical activities allowing for the functional state of the body, achieving high sports results without negative consequences, will improve the physical health, but also accelerate the recovery of health and disability in diseases. The results of research are introduced in the educational process of higher education institutions and the activities of medical institutions 4 regions of Ukraine (Dnipropetrovsk, Zhytomyr, Kirovohrad, Kyiv).
