Clinical primary angioplasty in patients with acute myocardial infarction is the most successful revascularization procedure that was accompanied by a significantly lower level of adverse cardiovascular events. It was shown level of advanced glycated end products and their receptors can be additional biomarkers of short-term and long-term prognosis of adverse cardiovascular events in patients with acute coronary syndromes. The positive effects of corvitin and alpha-ketoglutarate on the heart muscle were confirmed by model experiments.
