Research object - interface "neuron-silicon whiskers." Methods and apparatus - Development of production technology of implants for treating pathologies of the nervous system executed by operational modeling artificial injured sciatic nerve in rats Wistar formation of significant tissue defect and aortic implantation allohennoyi detsellyulyaryzovanoyi filled with gel and karboksymetyltsellyuloznym filamentary nano- and microcrystals of silicon with different physical chemical properties. Threaded silicon crystals grown in the reactors by the temperature-dependent transport reactions and chemical vapor deposition method, stimulated nuclei of gold on a substrate of silicon. Preoperative crystal surface treatment performed in Chemical Engineering Laboratory. Animals held before and after surgery in the standard conditions in the vivarium. The influence on morphogenesis nerve implants was performed at different time intervals after surgery by (i) the creation of sections of nerve tissue in the localization of filamentary crystals of silicon, (ii) the subsequent impregnation sections of silver nitrate and (iii) to study the morphology of the interface methods of optical microscopy.
