Objective: preventive maintenance of production-related diseases and the prevention of professional impropriety studying youth on health by improving medical professional orientation system. Results: According to the research by the authors assessed the modern system of vocational counseling of adolescents in the system of vocational education, established medical and physiological features of the self-determination of teenagers studied hygienic aspects of career counseling high school students at the stage of pre-profile preparation and profile training on the basis of vocational schools, analyzed the need for young people to help immediate social environment adolescents in choosing a profession and determine the structure of the motivational factors of choice of profession. Novelty: First time in Ukraine the technology of medical and psychological follow professional self-determination of teenagers, whose aim is to prevent professional incompetence of studying youth on health by improving the system of medical career counseling, optimization of process professional counseling aimed at the rational choice of profession, the optimal employment of young people and increase working capacity. Effectiveness: The algorithm for determining medical and social features of career guidance for students and a computer program to determine the professional readiness of teenagers will enhance the effectiveness of introducing medical and preventive measures for the prevention of occupational and production-related diseases, occupational injuries, disability and early professional incompetence teenagers.
