The purpose of the research is theoretical and practical justification of the innovative system of training specialists in the sphere of socionomic at the higher pedagogical institutions. Methods: theoretical and empirical. The theoretical significance of the work defines a system based on the input parameters, definitions, evaluations, specific functions and characteristics of the process of innovation training of future specialists. The practical significance of the work - developed and implemented the method of level diagnostics of the future readiness to: the planning of professional activity, the use of socionomic technologies, creative activity, self-improvement, professional work in child welfare institutions, the methodology of diagnosis levels of readiness to work with children with deviant behavior. Scientific novelty of research: developed and implemented the system of training specialists of socionomic sphere, the positions, that justifies the role of the innovation component in accordance with the three related concepts: methodological, theoretical, technological. It was determined that the process of training innovatization is characterized by the introduction of ideas, concepts and technologies that are aimed at further improvement of the training process, the availability and efficiency of education, on the active adaptation of the young generation of specialists to the ability to live in a constantly changing environment of the information society. The results of the research are introduced in the educational process of the South Ukrainian National Pedagogical University named after K.D Ushinskiy.
