The aim of this work is the development of scientific approaches to energy saving control modes of power supply systems of electric transport in the recovery of electricity. Research methods - experimental and analytical. The result of the research proposed and theoretically justified indicators of efficiency of energy recovery systems in electric vehicles, allowing to make decisions on the implementation of rational measures to improve the efficiency of consumption of excess energy recovery; the regularities of the effect of power lines on the connections of traction substations on the efficiency of flows of excess regenerative energy from the traction network 3.3 kV in the supply network 35 (110) kV; the principles of increasing the efficiency of energy recovery due to the choice of rational dislocation of the traction loads between the traction substations, allowing to define rational the distance between the traction loads and the intervals between consecutive trains by building energy-efficient scheduling of electric vehicle; on the basis of the principles of fuzzy logic the proposed laws regulate the output voltage and operating modes of drives and inverters for traction substations, allowing low-information support of the management system of traction electric supply to decide on an optimal energy allocation criterion of excess energy recovery of trains in the system of electric traction.
