As a result of research tasks, and improved structural model developed planning and organization of educational process in universities that will develop effective information technology tools for the rapid assessment of sustainability of different variants of the educational process in terms of direct labor; reasonable component structure of the total potential competitiveness of human resources, which includes an expanded list of indicators of the social, demographic, educational, professional, motivational, intellectual, innovative and creative, cultural, spiritual and informational potential of human resources, developed and tested methods of integrated assessment of cumulative capacity competitiveness of human resources in the national economy in the regions; studies using models developed innovative development based on panel data enabled, allowing justify priority for Ukraine in the national innovation system of import innovation; diagnosing procedure developed strategic capabilities building enterprises by applying multivariate statistical analysis method based on the calculation of the modified taxonomic index. The use of multi-identification process diagnostics strategic opportunities allowed building enterprises for the first time a link between realized and unrealized potential strategic opportunities that characterizes the degree of dependence on internal or external management influence (individualized or group).
