With the help of general ophthalmological and developed methods of surface electromyography of the horizontal rectus muscles (SEM) on the unit M-TEST-2; the method of diagnosing patients with strabismus by automated analysis of two-dimensional images of eyeball in the 12 positions of the gaze; pupillography registrations of pupil reactions by device OK -2 the new data was obtained on the status of biopotentials of surface electromyography (SEMG) of the horizontal rectus muscles, slicnih reactions and minimal exposure of distinctiveness (FREEZING) of the eye in healthy and children with various types of strabismus, which allowed to clarify the diagnosis of the different forms of strabismus and to optimize the character assigned to treatment based on detected changes (to change the mode of electrical stimulation of the rectus muscles of the eye, involve procedures which normalize the autonomic nervous system, to clarify the scope of surgical intervention in the correction of strabismus, to predict the likely result of FREEZING )
