For the above-mentioned initial value problems of mathematical physics the weak formulation of the problem are constructed and investigated. Effective algorithms of discretization for problems in the weak formulation are built and investigated, which are not worse in accuracy that similar algorithms for the respective classes of problems with smooth solutions. The problem of optimal control states of obtained new mathematical systems are constructed and investigated. The algorithms identify of the various parameters of new initial value problems of mathematical physics are built; there are numerical experiments that confirm the theoretical results.
