The objects on investigation were enzymes: peptidase with fibrinolytic activity, cellulases, inulinases and substances with antibiotic activity. The producers were: Bacillus thuringiensis, and also micromycetes: Penicillium, Aspergillus, Corynascus, Alternaria. By optimization of producers cultivation conditions, usage of coordinative compounds with a number of metals, and also another methods of regulation of biopolymers biosynthesis it was increased an activity of fibrinolytic peptidase, inulinase, cellulases and substances with antibacterial activity5481
