The resistance of microorganisms isolated from extreme natural ecosystems to high concentrations of toxic metals was determined. It was determined the influence of cultivation conditions for accumulation of biological active compounds by microorganisms which are components of the Azogran bioformulation. It was studied the synthesis by some representatives of the genera Bradyrhizobium, Azotobacter, Bacillus and Streptomyces to synthesize plant hormones with stimulatory action. In biofilm formed by Thiobacillus thioparus on the aluminum surface, as well as in plankton biogenic elemental sulfur accumulates in the form of Sa allotropy. Heterotrophic bacteria isolated from the surface of the coatings produced carboxylic acids that interact with active groups of coatings and causes its biodegradation5481
