Objective: improvement of prevention of cardiovascular disease, and improving the efficiency of the treatment of arterial hypertension (AH), coronary heart disease and their complications associated with certain diseases of internal organs, including civil servants. Methods: clinical, laboratory, instrumental, questionnaires, statistics. The results of the survey of 1360 patients and 60 control subjects are presented. A retrospective analysis of 625 cases of myocardial infarction was performed. In addition, the questionarring of 59 doctors and 106 nurses was performed. For the first time, based on the results of the survey, there was determined an attitude of doctors and nurses to the implementation of the educational training module "Prevention of cardiovascular diseases". It was demonstrated, that hypertension in men with purine metabolism disorders (hyperuricemia and gout) was characterized by more severe natural course, than in patients with normal levels of uric acid. According to the results of the local acute coronary syndrome (ACS) registry, it was demonstrated the trend towards increase of performing the primary percutaneous coronary interventions for myocardial infarction with or without ST-segment elevation during the period 2010-2015, corresponding to the European trends. There were determined the pathogenic and clinical features of the course of hypertension and its complications associated with certain comorbid conditions, such as: anemia, kidney dysfunction and systemic vasculitis. There were defined the clinical and biochemical predictors of bleeding complications of ACS. It was established that depression after ischemic stroke had a pronounced negative impact on quality of life. The value of electroencephalographic predictor of «separation phenomenon» in patients with encephalopathy of different genesis was determined. The effect of neuroprotective and vascular therapy in patients with hypertensive dyscirculatory encephalopathy was demonstrated.
