Subject of Research - theoretical and methodological foundations of educative process quality monitoring at HEI. Aim of Research - elaboration and implementation of theoretical and methodological foundations of educative process quality monitoring at HEI. Research Methods: theoretical, empirical; pedagogical experiment and mathematical statistical methods to check the effectiveness of educative process quality monitoring model at HEI. Novelty of the results lies in the fact that for the first time theoretical educative process quality monitoring model at HEI has been theoretically grounded, elaborated and implemented. The model is aimed at enhancing educative process quality and at increasing of graduates' competence. The degree of implementation is determined by theoretically scientific, methodological and informative support of educative process quality monitoring at HEIs: State Institution "Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University", Municipal Institution "Kharkiv Humanitarian and Pedagogical Academy", State Higher Educational Institution "Donbass State Pedagogical University", Khmelnytsky Institute of Social Technologies HEI "International Open University of Human Being Development UKRAINE"; by unification and dissemination of research work experience through the materials of International Research Conference in foreign and home HEIs. Research Interconnection: the work has been carried out in collaboration with Research Center "Educative Quality Management" of National Academy of Pedagogical Sciences of Ukraine at Luhansk Taras Shevchenko National University within complex research topic "Educative Technologies of Training and Educational Process at modern educational institutions" (state registration number 0110U000751). Research Implementation Recommendations: educative process quality monitoring at HEIs will gain effectiveness in case HEI theoretical educative process quality monitoring model will be placed at the basis of its organization. Sphere of implementation: educative process at HEI. Economic Effectiveness: to achieve the aim of the research presupposes educative process quality improvement and graduates' competence increase without additional funding by means of providing all educative process subjects with monitoring procedures. The value of the research lies in the achievement of the aim namely to increase the educative process quality. Prospects for further development: to strengthen the importance of monitoring process in educative process quality management, as well as in training of highly qualified competitive experts.
