In particular, a non-Markov model with memory effects is introduced and investigated in the statistical dynamics of continuous systems. A technique of regularization of boundary value problems for differential equations with strongly singular coefficients is developed. The solvability of elliptic boundary value problems in Sobolev extended scale is investigated. New results regarding the movements of Harris flows and local times of Gaussian integrators as well as the new limit theorems for random processes are obtained. new methods of construction of fractal structures are developed, particularly in relation to methods of encoding real numbers and behavior of incomplete sums of convergent series.
