Conditions of long horizontal klynostatuvannya negative impact on growth, development, accumulation of biomass plants, changing the architecture and meristem cells. Given the sustained growth seen klynostatuvannya adaptive process by creating a regulatory link between atrahuyuchoyu ability of root meristem and some level of cytological parameters. Under the conditions of microgravity modified expression of genes encoding proteins of the cytoskeleton, metabolism of phytohormones, synthesis of components of cell walls, lipid metabolism, cell division, and so on. Established expression levels of various genes alpha-tubulin genes and proteins autophagy family atg, under normal and stress conditions of growing plants. Since different stress factors cause different changes in the expression of these genes suggests that the mechanisms of plant adaptation to microgravity also realized through the development of stress-induced autophagy.
