The aim of work - development of the methods of improvement the accuracy of inertial and integrated inertial-satellite navigation systems (IISNS) functioning by calibration of primary measurements sensors and application of the compensating models and improvement of the information processing methods. Methods of the research: methods of mathematical modeling and simulation; methods of approximation and identification of stationary models parameters (recursive RLS) ; methods of dynamic processes filtration (extended Kalman filter); special and universal methods of numerical integration of the differential equations; methods of designing mathematical software (object-oriented approach); methods of data analysis (statistical and spectral analysis). Models of errors, calibration methods on direct measurements of angular speed and free fall acceleration, methods of errors specification based on the results of BINS’ work, methods of identification of the last errors based on complexification of inertial and satellite information as a part of the integrated navigation system are developed and investigated. New algorithms of orientation definition on measurements of angular velocity sensors are developed. The prototype of mathematical software of IISNS is developed and approbation on semi-natural data, which contain real errors and noise of sensors, is carried out. The received results can be used during the developing and production of the inertial and integrated navigation systems.
