In the flax genome were identified 10 of tubulin isotypes beta. For all genes derived nucleotide and amino acid sequences. It was revealed that these genes have in their sequence of intron 3 and exon 2. Based on the bioinformatic analysis, primers are chosen to evaluate the expression of genes of various isotypes beta tubulina.Naibolshie differences between varieties the level of gene expression detected in a beta tubulin hypocotyl cells of vascular bundles, i.e. cells, which form the fiber. The analysis of RNA profile espresso beta tubulin genes in 6 types of plants identified patterns of gene expression of certain beta tubulin. Using phylogenetic analysis provides relative levels of gene expression of tubulin isotypes beta for further experimental studies.
