The object of study: the system of evaluation of servicemen of Armed Forces of Ukraine. Objective: development of methodology of evaluation of activities of servicemen of Armed Forces of Ukraine during the special period. Research methods: systematic analysis, synthesis, expert evaluation, modeling management processes. The main results are: the analysis of the existing personnel evaluation system and its components; formed proposals to improve the existing assessment system based on the experience of military participation in anti-terrorist operations; designed the layout of the automated workplace for evaluation of activities of servicemen during the special period. The results can be used for improving the system of certification of the Ukrainian Armed Forces personnel and its automation.
