The models of load transportation by screw conveyors with variable parameters working body is developed, including consideration pneumatic prop load, dynamic models loading of screw conveyors and conveyors with traction body, loading models of vertical high-speed screw conveyors. Perspective structures of high-speed transport and technological systems is grounded, in particular twin-shaft screw conveyor and the conveyor with revolving cover.Highly effective methods of formalized description of the working bodies of the conveyors algebraic-logical dependencies and methodology of computer implementation models is developed and morphological analysis method with hierarchical grouping conveyor types and their working bodies and processes for their manufacture, which significantly reduces the complexity of the search for new technical solutions and further design work.
